I bought my first new Yamaha(V-Star 950 Tourer)at Mukwonago Yamaha in 2009.I loved it. I needed new rubber and a tune-up so I stopped in Saturday May 3, 2014. I had no idea Yamaha was premiering their new line up with Demo rides. The place was packed. To make a long story short, I ended up trading my 950 in on a new 2013 1300 V-star deluxe!! I am totally pleased with my new bike. I can't believe the difference 352 cubic centimeters makes. The fairing, G.P.S., fiber glass bags, Water cooled engine, etc., etc., etc. This is one smooth rolling set of wheels at my heels!!I said in a prior comment that if ever I were to purchase another bike it would be from you, well guess what, I'm saying it again.

I just wanted to thank Rick personaly for the warm reception at the lake front doings. I and my daughter were looking for my brother, when I was introduced to Rick( who I've met before) but before I said anything else Rick recognized me. Like I said I was looking for my brother and asking if the parking for the motorcycles were for everyone w/a bike, and before I said anything else I was being set up w/a parking pass,free food pass, and a front seat viewing to all the festivities. What a warm reception to someone that I was introduced to once,again thankyou from my daughter and my self. If I were to by a new motorcycle I wouldn't hesitate where to go. Thanks Rick. Mike M.

Realy nice place to visit, the entire staff treated me like they knew me right from the first visit, they are all professional, helpful and considerate. I was treated with respect. As for looking up parts and accesories, this was just as impressive, they knew the products well and had a lot to offer.

Had my bike in today for minor service.I met Lonnie,the wrench spinner who worked on my bike. He's a great guy.He not only repaired my bike, he filled up my low tires and performed a complete mechanical inspection.As always I was impressed by the professionalism and friendliness of your staff. My wife and I spent quite some time drooling over all of your fine "Dream Machines"!! I LOVE YAMAHA!!!!

Excellent service- on time and less than quoted

This purchase was one of the best experiences I've had making a major purchase. I flew in from Kansas City and Doug picked me up at the airport. Rick had all of the paper work ready for me to sign when I arrived. John had the bike preped and ready for my 11 hour ride home. All three of them were genuinely friendly and helpful. I will look to Mukwonago Yamaha first, next time I need a new bike. (Hopefully the deer will let me keep this one longer than the last one)

Very nice place Excellent Customer Service they treat you like family. I havent seen service like this in a long time. They show you how to use the product you are interested in and buying, they make you feel safe with the hands on training of the product. I would drive the distance and buy from Mukwonago Yamaha over and other motorcycle shop. Sales is great we bought two bikes in 2004 and we bought new ones in 2006 and they knew us and they didnt treat us like a number they treated us like family. I purchased a new 2006 Yamaha Vino 125 from Mukwonago Yamaha and couldn't be happier with my scooter and whole the purchasing experience. I had looked at other dealers in my area, and couldn't get a straight answer on pricing; one dealer even wanted to charge me a $300 setup and delivery fee. I corresponded with the staff at Mukwonago Yamaha mostly by e-mail to discuss the availability and pricing on my purchase. There were no hidden fees, and I also got a great price on the extended warranty compared to what I was being quoted at other dealers in the area. When I visited in person, all the staff was very helpful, and not high pressure at all. Delivery of my new scooter was handled very well, and the completeness of the walk-through of the new scooter was the best of any vehicle I've purchased -- even better than my Saturn car, and Saturn's known for their customer service. When I look for another motorcycle or other Yamaha product, I'm definitely going to Mukwonago Yamaha first.

I recently bought a new phazer from you and upon pick up your salesman spent almost an hour going over everythig on the sled. When i say everything i mean everything. He even put the sled up on a lift and went over the suspension,cooling and all lubrication points. In contrast i had bought a new sled from a local dealer a few years ago and when i picked it up they gave me the keys and i loaded the sled and was left to my own devices to figure out everything on my own. When i buy my next sled or motorcycle i will buy it here.I also have let everyone i know that if they want a yamaha to buy it here .

From the moment I walked in the front door, I knew I was in a first rate dealership, very modern, bright, and clean. John was very knowledgeable and helped steer me towards the right bike. Rick was also very helpful. He went so far as to meet me on my job to get some paperwork signed! I cannot begin to fully express how pleased I am with my V-Star 950 Tourer. It is the perfect blend of form and function. A beautiful piece of work. Very comfortable for rider and passenger alike.
